Ryan FC under 16s won the Ford Champions Tournament at Dagenham & Redbridge FC which was sponsored by Ford.
After losing the first game Ryan qualified by beating Roneo Colts 6-1 and then Debden Sports 5-0, in the quarter finals Ryan beat Waltham Abbey 3-0 and the same score line in the Semi finals against Great Danes.
The Final was against Essex Supreme who were a very good team and after going 1-0 down and looking like we were going to lose, on came Reece Beckles-Richards to score two goals in the last two minutes to win the cup.
The prize for the eight boys is to wave the UEFA banner in the centre circle just before kick off at this Saturdays Champion League Final between Man Utd and Barcelona.
Ryan FC was also mentioned in West Ham United Programme against Sunderland as the girls from West Ham won the girls section.
